Heat soldering in the oven

The key technology for us is a gas-heated continuous soldering furnace with a total output of 250 kW equipped with WS Rekumat recuperation burners. It is possible to reach a temperature in the oven. Celsius  and its hourly output is  material. To improve the properties of soldered joints and prevent oxidation of soldered parts, we use a protective atmosphere with a composition of 1-5% hydrogen and 95-99% nitrogen. The entrance hole to the furnace is 350 x  . The passage of the material through the furnace is ensured by a belt on which even the smallest components can be soldered. The total length of the soldered components is up to 3,000 mm.

For more complex shapes or smaller series, we use manual soldering in vacuum boxes. We use acetylene, natural gas, oxygen or hydrogen as a medium for heating the material.

Lakování

Painting

At the customer's request, it is possible to finish the surface by painting. We use a continuous paint box with suction and a water screen to catch overspray. The applied paint is sprayed onto the part with a pressure pump. The mentioned procedure ensures a uniform layer of paint and minimizes overspray. We use water-soluble silicone heat-resistant varnishes.

Odmašťování

Degreasing

Before further processing, especially before soldering and painting the parts, we degrease the semi-finished products in special baths, where the inner part of the pipes is also degreased by pressure flushing. Then we rinse and dry. Before soldering itself, we prepare the surface in a bath of Argentol flux heated to 65 degrees.

Small assemblies

Small assemblies are made until they are completely assembled down to the smallest details.

Měděný program

Copper program

We do not only use our copper program for our own use, we have free capacity on the mentioned machines, which we offer for further use by other customers.

High frequency soldering

We use Contiterm high-frequency soldering for soldering the ends of pipes, sensors, couplings, and in the case of a variety of materials. Due to its repeatability, this process is very suitable for automated production with precise control and for its simplicity of operation even for one-off manual work. High-frequency heating can also be used for heat treatment, hot forming and curing of adhesive materials.
